Board of Directors regularly meets on the 3rdWednesday of each month. The Board typically does not meet during the months of January and July. The Schedule does not include special meetings that may be called, or scheduled meetings which may be cancelled at the direction of the Chair.

Advisory Committee regularly meets on the 1stThursday of each month. The Committee typically does not meet during the months of January and December. The Schedule does not include special meetings that may be called, or scheduled meetings which may be cancelled, at the direction of the Chair.

Hearing Board is formed and operates pursuant to Health and Safety Code Part 3, Chapter 8; Part 4, Chapter 4, Article 2; and District Regulation VI. The Hearing Board considers applications for variances to the requirements of current permits to operate and District rules and meets on an as-needed basis.

Budget, Personnel and Nominating Committee assists in the preparation of the annual budget for the District; presents the annual budget with recommendations to the District Board of Directors; proposes a slate of officers and recommends staffing levels; and, following the formula set forth in the District Unification Agreement, insures proper allocation of the total budgeted cost to the cities and counties included within the
District. The committee consists of 5 Board members and meets on an as-needed basis.
