Carl Moyer Grant Program Off-Road Equipment Replacement | Print |  E-mail
In addition to granting funds to repower or retrofit off-road compession ignition (CI) equipment, such as a tractor, dozer, excavator, or harvester, we can now fund replacement of the entire equipment.

Applicants must go through one of the following District-approved dealers within 15 miles from a Monterey Bay Unified Air Pollution Control District (MBUAPCD) boundaries:

Participating dealers - within 15 miles from the air district boundaries - must sign a contract with MBUAPCD and must maintain at least one staff member trained on the program.

District-aproved dealers will help applicants every step of the way including:
  • Finding out whether your equipment qualifies
  • Filling out the application
  • Signing the grant agreement
  • Implementing the project
