Healy EVR Exhibit 9 ISD Operability Test Procedure Advisory

Exhibit 9 of E.O. VR-202, Veeder-Root ISD Operability Test now requires Veeder Root certified technicians to access contemporaneous A/L readings using a notebook PC and Veeder Root's "ISD PC Setup Tool", version 1.03 or higher.

Healy 900 EVR Nozzle Advisory

It has been determined by the State Air Resource Board (ARB) that most Healy 900 nozzles manufactured in 2007 are not as the nozzles were certified by the ARB for this system, and therefore Franklin Fueling Systems is in violation of State and District Regulations.

Certification Requirements for Technicians

Any person installing, repairing, replacing or testing Phase I and/or Phase II systems or components at gasoline dispensing facilities equipped with an underground storage tank shall have the applicable certification/training.

Notification and Submittal of Test Requirements

District Rule 1002 establishes that any person who conducts testing at gasoline dispensing facilities must comply with this notification.

April 2009 EVR Phase II Deadline

District Rules and State regulations require that all gasoline dispensing facilities complete the installation of Phase II (filling of vehicles) Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR) upgrades by April 1, 2009.
